Mick and Maggie here from Noosa Queensland

Just letting you know if you didn't already we have a fantastic holiday apartment overlooking the Noosa River in Noosaville on the Sunshine Coast. We own and manage the apartment ourselves hence rely often on word of mouth for bookings which is our best form of advertising.
We also have the apartment listed with Stayz (online) and Tourism Noosa Info Centre in Noosa.

We strive to give our guests the best holiday they have ever had. More than likely they will return to our apartment for their next holiday also.

We are constantly brain-storming for ways to attract guests and this is where we may be able to help each other.

Whether we like it or not we are heading for tough times ahead and if we could all improve our bottom line then we have a better chance of staying ahead of the game.

·By simply recommending our holiday apartment to your friends and associates you can make a healthy commission on any visitor who makes a booking with us.
·You tell them to mention your name and Affiliate ID code to us so you receive your commission.
·Make sure you register at mick@luxuryholidaynoosa.com to give us all your contact details so we can reply to you with your special Affiliate ID code and a Promoters ID code.
Affiliate ID code is to be given to your referred guests
Promoter ID code is to be given to anyone who wishes to join our Affiliate Program

·We will forward your cheque once a booking has been made and paid for in full.
·You also tell them by mentioning your name and Affiliate ID code, they get a healthy discount, top service and a holiday experience that will have them coming back time and time again.
·If you do not wish to be an a Affiliate and you are happy to just refer us then please still give your name to your friend so as they get their discount. We will remember you.
·Recap:
You get a cash commission each time you refer someone new and they get their benefits also.
Providing they mention your name and Affiliate ID code.
·Be aware that commissions will vary significantly due to time of year booking is made and length of stay.
·To be fair to all we have capped a 5% cash commission to you and a 5% discount to your referred visitor.
·Example 1: If your visitor stayed seven nights at $250 per night = $1750 x 5% = $87.50 commission to you and same amount as discount to your visitor.(Discount not available with any other Special Offer)
·Example 2: Christmas booking is the highest rate at $4900 per seven nights. $ 4900.00 x 5% = $245.00 commission to you and the same amount as discount to your visitor(Discount not available with any other Special Offer)

·If your visitor revisits us again you then get points, as credit towards a holiday at wai cocos. Each night booked with us equals ten points = $10 value in credit points
·The more your visitors revisit us the quicker you build your credit points towards your free holiday.
· You could pass these credit points on to extended family or friends if you so wish.
·When you recommend someone to join our Affiliate Program you will be issued with a Promoter ID code.
·This entitles you to 2.5% of their 5% commission upon them referring a guest.

Recap:
Become an Affiliate and receive 5% commission on your guests booking amount.
Your referred guest receives equivalent 5% discount off rate.
When your referred visitor returns for another stay, you receive credit points toward a free holiday for yourself
or pass on to family or friends

Promote our Affiliate Program and receive your Promoter ID code which entitles you to a once off 2.5% of your referred Affiliates first 5% commission. Your referred Affiliate then receives commission same as you.

Of course if you ever choose to holiday at our apartment you will receive VIP treatment.
A good way to get your holiday free is to tell us to hold all cash commissions owing to you as credit for your holiday and add to your dollars for points earned.

NEWS FLASH flyer will be issued to you via email attachment to print out.
Great way to earn cash without direct contact.
Works great if you are in a work environment with many employee's and you have a notice board you can pin a flyer to or simply hand out.
Make sure you write in your Name and Affiliate ID code and phone number on displayed flyer.
